Research Interests: Applied analysis and numerical computations of scientific problems arising from optics, materials science, biology and other complex systems. My recent research topics include mathematical theory and numerical methods of topological materials, machine-learning-based mathematical modeling, nonlinear wave motions and non-equilibrium thermodynamic modeling.
